**Stephen Harper is leaving his economic team in place, as the Prime Minister unveils a new cabinet Monday. Finance Minister Jim Flaherty, Treasury Board President Tony Clement and International Trade Minister Ed Fast are expected to retain their portfolios, according to government sources, The economy remains a top priority, Mr. Harper said on Twitter Sunday evening. The new cabinet, scheduled to be unveiled at 11 a.m. Monday at Rideau Hall, will also include new faces and younger members,  one senior Conservative source said, with more female cabinet ministers in particular. Recent polls show that the Senate scandal and other travails have the Tories trailing the Liberals. Mr. Harper has long maintained he is the only leader who can be trusted to protect the economy and public finances.**

**Flaws in cybersecurity measures Canadian companies could make them vulnerable to sophisticated attacks from pirates, reveal documents. According to a memorandum of July 2012 the Federal Ministry of Public Security, software faults are more numerous, and the costs associated with computer security would be high, as companies would not be ready to invest enough to correct problems. The watchdog said that cybersecurity role is to gather information about threats and share with the private sector, other levels of government and partner safety. Companies could refuse to report an attack, as it could damage their reputation.**

**Protests across the nation, about Zimmerman case, After Saturday’s verdict, police, officials and civil rights leaders urged peace and told protesters not to resort to violence. Demonstrators across America rallied against Zimmerman on Sunday. Most of the protests were peaceful, but in cities like Oakland, Calif., there were reports of vandalism. “I now ask every American to respect the call for calm reflection from two parents who lost their young son,” Obama said in a statement Sunday.**

**The Justice Department will revise its rules for investigations involving journalists to sharply limit the use of subpoenas or search warrants to obtain the phone records and e-mails of reporters. According to a Justice Department official, the new guidelines will say that in nearly all instances, news organizations will be notified in advance when federal agents are seeking their phone records as part of a broader investigation.President Obama told Gen. Eric Holder to review the guidelines and recommend changes.That led to Friday’s announcement.**

**Hulu sale has been canceled again. After months of fielding offers from would-be buyers for the popular online video site, owners 21st Century Fox Inc., Walt Disney Co. and NBCUniversal decided Friday to cancel the sale.
This is the second time in less than two years that Hulu’s owners put it on the block only to take it off again.**
